I grew up near Gawler, moving south to Aldinga in 2014 with my partner. We have two young girls under 5yo and are navigating early parenthood every step of the way! I graduated from UniSA with a Grad Dip in Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2012 and am passionate about assisting people to better manage their health and to feel good in their own bodies. I want to make moving-more, as enjoyable as possible, and promote wellbeing physically, mentally and emotionally.

My own body has provided me with some challenges in the last 15 years, giving me personal experience with long term pain and injury management, and ultimately it is through maintaining movement and exercise that allows me to manage this and keep doing what makes me happy. I appreciate the challenge of working with people who have long term struggles with pain, fatigue and bodies that aren’t yet allowing them to live at their full potential.

I love the outdoors and spend my leisure time swimming and walking at Aldinga Beach, grabbing a coffee from one of the many great local spots we have on offer, and attempting to get my garden to produce something I can actually eat. I also love being a patrolling member at Aldinga Bay Surf Lifesaving Club so you will see me on the beach in Summer wearing my red and yellow.

I graduated from the University of South Australia in 2020. I pride myself on creating a comfortable environment to help set clients on the correct path to reaching their personal health goals. I enjoy working with people with all types of health challenges, and seeing the fast improvement that exercise can make for their health and well being.

I have a special interest in resistance training, weight bearing exercise and anything strength based. I love utilising these interests to improve people’s strength and conditioning in order to help with any injuries, underlying health conditions or even just to improve function.

I have a passion for all things sport with a specific interest in soccer, which I have played for a majority of my life. I am a big advocate of practicing what you preach and enjoy spending time in the gym and keeping up to date with the best evidence-based practice. When I get some free time, I love spending it with my family and visiting the beautiful beaches South Australia has to offer.

I have had a passion for health and fitness since I was young, stemming from years of participation in athletics, cross country running, and soccer. During my studies I have developed a keen interest in oncology (cancer), neurological conditions, and management of chronic disease. I strive to work closely with my clients to help them reach their goals, improve quality of life, and reduce symptom burden to maintain independence for longer. Outside of working, I enjoy spending as much time as possible outside in the sun. I love to travel, go camping, and paint as often as I can !

I grew up in NSW, where I lived and worked until I met my husband in 2005. Since then, we’ve moved all over Australia, experiencing life in different places.Nothing beats our very own Aldinga Beach.

In 2024, we bought our first home here in Aldinga Beach, and we’re excited to finally settle down and embrace everything this amazing area has to offer. I couldn’t ask for a better place to raise our three girls.

My background is in health, with experience in Radiology, Personal Training, and General Practice clinics. I also hold a Bachelor of Business, but what I really love is welcoming people at reception and having a good chat when you walk in.

I’m really looking forward to seeing you at FEP and cheering you on as you work toward your goals!
