People with Support at Home funding may have capacity for exercise physiology. Please check with your provider.
Medicare
Our services are available with a Care Plan or Type 2 Diabetes Group referral from your GP.
These services are not bulk billed and a gap does apply. Full fee must be paid up front and then your rebate will be processed.
